There I was, back in early 2010 in my 2nd year of Airbrush Tattooing and I landed two BIG contracts to have Airbrush Tattoo concessions inside 2 of the largest Caravan parks in South Wales.

I was trying to build my full time business during the week (which was Inflatables) and do my part time business Airbrush Tattoos at the weekend.

So when I landed these 2 contracts It meant that I would have to employee some staff.....

The thing is, at the time I was I was struggling to find anyone in my area who could do Airbrush Temporary Tattoos. The big problem was that there was no Airbrush Tattoo training courses anywhere back in 2010, so no one knew how to do Airbrush tattoos.

That meant I was ready to cancel the contracts as I couldn't work 7 nights a week in 2 different locations which were 70miles apart.

Which meant I was literally on the verge of walking away from over £3,000 a week!

Then, as if by chance, something amazing happened...

I was chatting with a friend who said ....
"Why Dont you create your Own Training course?" and the more I thought about I said “Yes WHY not, I had taught myself how to be an expert so why can’t I train others too!”

Instantly it became crystal clear to me that If I made the course simple and step by step that I would be able to train anyone with no experience what so ever.

Because I saw that my systems were key to employing 16 - 18 year olds who were looking for a part time job while they were still studying.

My plan was to start advertising locally to find eager young people who wanted a fun fulfilling part time job.

So, I started posting adverts on local job boards.

But I didn’t stop there.....

I then invited everyone who applied to meet me for an informal chat at a local hotel.

After that, I chose 5 young people from each area to become my new trainees.

I created a 2 day training course, followed by on the job training at each location..

I was able to open up both locations within 6 weeks, all of my 10 staff were spraying the tattoos like a Pro.

It was just the same as I could do and they always looked WOW and it didn't matter which member of staff had sprayed it..

Building on that success, I decided to put this course together, it was then going to be very easy to keep training my new staff every year who had no experience as long as they followed my STEP BY STEP instructions that I had created.

A bit like getting a Mcdonalds............whichever location you buy one from, you always know what you are going to get.
